Granö Beckasin is an unusual destination by a mighty river in the deep forests of Northern Sweden, about one hour from Umeå. Enjoy one of the guided tours on snow mobile, snowshoes, or wooden skis, and experience the magic of nature and the winter landscape. 

Cost includes the guided tour and transportation.

Friday 5 feb (times approximately 12-17)

Join a 1,5-hour “try-it-out” snowmobile safari where you will glide through the winter landscape and enjoy stunning views from the hill!
To drive a snowmobile, you must hold one of the following licenses: car, tractor, AM class 1, snowmobile, or motorcycle license.

Safety Information and Requirements

Every tour begins with a safety briefing.
Warm clothing, winter boots, gloves, and a helmet are included in all tours. Please note that the availability of children’s clothing is limited.
A valid driving licence or snowmobile license is required to drive a snowmobile.
Snowmobiles are normally shared by two people. A deductible of SEK 10,000 applies if the snowmobile is damaged during the tour.

The minimum operating temperature is –20°C. If Granö Beckasin cancels the tour due to low temperatures, you will receive a full refund. Bring a water bottle and a camera.

For everyone’s safety, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during our tours. Anyone suspected by the guide of being under the influence will be denied participation without a refund.
