Taster: Pulse, breath and flow in your dance (Laura Halttunen)

Enhance you body awareness and -control by getting more acquainted with your own core, the source for all movement. Learn to use breath, gravity and natural rotations for your advantage, increasing balance, coordination and endurance. This all ideally makes your dance smoother, safer and easier; more fun and relaxed and less cost-efficient on the social floor.

(...We will work mostly solo in this class. We welcome all dancers especially in their early years, but the class is suitable for dancers of any level).

Taster: One body and four legs (Marina & Sasha)

At their lessons Marina & Sasha pay special attention to the dialogue between partners combining authentic balboa movements and modern ideas. Their Scandinavian Shuffle taster class is built around the theme of partner contact and communication: “At this class we will work on leadable steps in close position and finding a comfortable and clear connection. Because in balboa we have one body and four legs.”
