Enhance you body awareness and -control by getting more acquainted with your own core, the source for all movement. Learn to use breath, gravity and natural rotations for your advantage, increasing balance, coordination and endurance. This all ideally makes your dance smoother, safer and easier; more fun and relaxed and less cost-efficient on the social floor.
(...We will work mostly solo in this class. We welcome all dancers especially in their early years, but the class is suitable for dancers of any level).
